COVID-19 Safety
Due to COVID-19 I am offering sessions online and by phone.Fees and Payment
Individual Rates: $140 (plus GST) per 50-minute session.*
Couples and family Rates: $150 (plus GST) per 50-minute session.*
Fees are set in accordance with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) fee schedule
Sliding Scale: I reserve appointments for people who do not have insurance. Do not hesitate to contact me if you are in need of support but are unable to afford the regular fee. Payments may be negotiated on a sliding scale.
.Payment is due at either the beginning or the end of each session and may be made by cash, e-transfer, Interac, or credit card. A receipt will be provided for all services.
Insurance Coverage
Counselling with a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) or a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) is covered under many extended health benefit plans -- please check with your insurance provider or with your human resources representative at your workplace. At each appointment, you will receive a receipt with all information necessary to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
Cancelation Policy
Cancellation fees will be charged at the full amount owing for the booked appointment for all missed sessions, or sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours noticed, unless there has been some sort of emergency which prevents you from providing adequate notice.
